To help ensure a great stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind: • Small to medium sized well trained dogs are allowed only. No other pets are allowed no exceptions. Two dogs maximum. • No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. Small family gatherings are generally ok if approved in advance. • Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. • Fireworks and any type of open flame are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund. • Please treat the home with care and avoid leaving excessive messes or smells that require extraordinary cleaning. • Parking is available in the driveway or in front of the home. Try to limit your vehicles to four if possible. Avoid parking in front of neighbors homes when possible. • Only the amount of guests on the reservation are permitted to spend the night on the property. • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property groungs.
